Meriwether County in west central Georgia... Eastern
Coweta County in west central Georgia... Southwestern
Clayton County in north central Georgia...
* Until 345 PM EDT.
* At 311 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Douglasville to near Newnan to near Hogansville,
moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Newnan, Fayetteville, Jonesboro, Peachtree City, Riverdale,
Tyrone, Palmetto, Senoia, Grantville, Luthersville, Brooks,
Moreland, Sharpsburg, Turin, Haralson, Woolsey, Lone Oak, Gay,
East Newnan, and Starrs Mill.
