MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 16 MPH (26 KM/H). A SLOW
COUNTERCLOCKWISE TURN IS FORECAST TODAY AND FRIDAY, FOLLOWED BY A
MOTION TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST OVER THE WEEKEND.
